About the Therapist
Hi! I’m Jenna, the therapist behind Gentle Minds Therapy. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, because truly, those are some of the most challenging, yet exciting years of life. My approach is to keep things "human". I value making sure every session is a no-judgment zone and strive to make sure you feel understood and cared for.

I love being creative and hands on as a therapist. That means, whether it's helping clients stay on track with tasks, attending social events together to build connections within the community*, or offering support in areas like academics, work, and finances, I'm here to walk alongside you both in and outside of sessions. I believe in enhancing overall well being, providing support both during our sessions and outside of them. Oh! I also love doing outdoor sessions. Want to hike while we talk? I'm in. Essentially, nothing is off the table in terms of how I can help support my clients!
I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, autism, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I also offer to work closely with parents and coordinate with other providers or schools to ensure comprehensive care. While I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, I'm open to supporting individuals outside that age range if our work aligns.

When I’m not in sessions, you’ll find me hiking with my therapy and service dog, Breslin, skiing/snowboarding, doing yoga, or trying new ice cream spots, because life’s about balance!
I can’t wait to meet you and help you navigate life's challenges (and successes)!
